This program is led by Coach Kaz (Eric Kasimov), who has launched blog series, podcast channels, and other content marketing initiatives with athletes and sports leaders through his SportsEpreneur platform.  Creating a podcast series this upcoming offseason serves many purposes for athlete’s business trajectory, income diversification, and offers a legitimate way to contribute your voice within the sports industry pulse.  Lastly, it is fun to design a show that explores your interests, and you get to play host to the friends and colleagues that you believe have valuable perspectives and stories to share.

Independent Study Program:

Launch Your Podcast Channel

This Independent Study Program is designed for elite athletes interested in choreographing a podcast series that would go from strategy sessions to first five episodes in three months.  You work with Eric and the SportEpreneur team on a weekly basis to accomplish these goals while receiving guidance from Guest Lecturers, who are athletes-turned-entrepreneur podcasters themselves.

 

15 Training Sessions

This package includes a total of 15 hours of Live Training Sessions guided by the Primary Instructor Eric Kasimov, and a team of Guest Lecturers.

 

Athletes in the modern era are a business themselves. In the 2010s it was proven that most successful businesses employed content to grow and scale relationships with customers, partners, funders, and many other types of stakeholders.
In the decade we have just entered, content is not just an accelerator, it is the primary way customers and partners will vet you. Athletes’ business opportunities can grow in exponential ways when they incorporate a content platform.
In the 2020s, most barriers to launching a content channel have been alleviated by a competitive market of technology solutions built for creators.

ISP Structure

InterMission education programs are led by a primary instructor who works with an individual athlete learner over the course of three consecutive months. The primary instructor guides sessions weekly during the athlete’s offseason, and is tasked with supporting the athlete learner’s achievement of the learning goals outlined in this document. Along the way, guest lecturers complement the lead instructor by providing depth to the training experience and grant exposure to different leadership roles in your desired field.
ISP Schedule

On a weekly basis, learners conduct an hour-long live session with their primary instructor.

This time investment is complemented by ~ 5+ additional hours each week when the learner is working on their writing, research, relationship building, and sessions with Guest Lecturers.

Each week, learners join one-hour sessions with Eric Kasimov for ten consecutive weeks. The learning experience led by the Primary Instructor will be complemented by five sessions with guest lecturers scheduled throughout weeks 4 – 8. ISP Athlete Learner Commitments

This Independent Study Program Model was developed as an innovative one-on-one program that is intended to become hyper-specialized given each athlete learner’s unique goals and learning styles.
